An enrolment form must be completed and submitted at the time of enrolment.
Enrolments roll over between terms and from year to year automatically.
Please notify NSDA in writing if your child is not continuing with their dancing.
NSDA must be informed of any medical or other conditions that are important for faculty to be aware of.
Term Fees are due on or before the commencement of each term. There are 4 terms per calendar year and fees are billed quarterly.
Term fees must be paid in full before term starts or by the first week of the term at the latest.
In the case of a student terminating classes during a term, the fees are not refundable.
Private lesson fees are non-refundable.
Fees that are not paid by the first week of term will incur a $50 late fee.
Term fees notices are issued by email and any other information that parents need to know is sent by email.

All fees are strictly non-refundable, and discounted fees are not provided for public holidays, extended holidays, or missed classes.
NSDA accepts payment by Bank Transfer, cheque to NSDA or by cash.
Any additional costs for exams or costumes etc must be paid separately and are due by the due date with no exceptions.
Private lesson fees should be paid at the time of each lesson or at the start of the term. Private lesson fees are non-refundable.
NSDA does not offer any credit or make-up classes for classes that are missed except for Tiny Tots and Pre-Primary as we are able to offer make-up classes on another class day in Terms 1, 2 and 3 only.
Students participate in classes at their own risk. NSDA accepts no liability or responsibility for any injuries that may happen on NSDA premises.
Some physical contact may be required at times by a teacher to help a student correct their technique, posture, or arm placement. All teachers have current Working with Children checks.
At the end of Term 1 and Term 2 there is usually an Open Day for Parents and friends to watch class. Any new student is welcome to have a Parent or Guardian watch their first lesson to help them settle in.
The NSDA concert DVD/Blu-Ray/USB is the intellectual property of NSDA and is not to be copied in any way or uploaded to Youtube, Facebook or any social media platforms. The recording and airing, sharing, posting and distribution of teachers’ routines is a serious breach of copyright and may result in offenders being asked to withdraw from NSDA and legal action may be considered.
Students and Parents may not photograph, video or record any material in classes without the teacher’s permission.
Students/Parents are not authorised to contact any NSDA staff via social media at any time or for any reason.
Social media is not to be used to communicate attendance, queries or any other administrative information. Instead, please do this through the NSDA office email or phone.
At Parent Watching Days, (Open Days), please check with the teacher if you are allowed to photograph and/or film your child.
