NSDA student Jayden Fu is currently in Melbourne visiting the Australian Ballet School as part of his Interstate Training Program! Enjoy Jayden, we are so proud of you!

We are so excited for Elsie Ord who is about to be in New York City to attend the International Contemporary Masters of Dance Workshops!

Elsie was invited to attend after her performance at Youth America Grand Prix in 2025, where she placed in the top 12 of the Senior Women’s division out of over 150 dancers.

We hope she has the most incredible time!

We are so excited for Scarlett Tai and Tiffany Ma who achieved fantastic results at the Australian Classical Challenge in Canberra over the weekend! They took part in classical and contemporary masterclasses and performed their solos for the adjudicator’s. After being selected for the finals of the Pre-Intermediate Contemporary Category, they achieved the below results!

We are so proud of our wonderful student Joanne Du who was selected to perform with the Victorian State Ballet Company in their Sydney performances of Aladdin. Such an exciting learning experience to dance with a company and experience performing in a professional setting. Well done Joanne!

A huge congratulations to these dancers who completed their Royal Academy of Dance (RAD) vocational examinations this week in Intermediate, Advanced Foundation and Advanced 1. These are extremely difficult examinations that are internationally respected and show the students diligence and dedication to their craft.

We are lucky to have an RAD examiner come to our studio to examine the students, alongside RAD Pianist Grant Kennedy, who also works at North Shore Dance Academy throughout the year. We are so lucky to have the opportunity to work with Grant!
