RAD exams are an extremely beneficial part of your child’s ballet training, as they teach students how to work hard towards a rewarding goal.
If your child is entered in the RAD exam, they are required to attend the compulsory exam classes held during the day in the second week of the October school holidays. If holidays away have been planned, 2 or 3 30-minute private lessons must be arranged in lieu of these classes. You will need to let us know via email asap if your child is unable to attend.

Students doing an exam this session: If your child is entered in the RAD exam for this October/ November session, they are required to attend the compulsory exam classes. Students not doing an exam this session: If your child is not entered in an exam this session, but would like to join to keep up their training, spend time on their syllabus, and keep up fitness during the holidays, they are definitely encouraged to join too, but it is not compulsory for them.
